I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to introduce my business to you and to explain what makes our process so unique. I can tell you that I am dedicated to providing my clients with high quality fine food, warm, gracious service and a sense of effortless entertaining for the host. Through our flavor sensations, culinary artistry and attention to detail we continually aspire to make each event an experience to remember while providing great value at all budget needs.
While the menu is hors d'oeuvre based, I strive to continually evolve with the needs of my clients. I enjoy working closely with my clients and making suggestions in the process. I have hosted intimate gourmet four course birthday dinners for 8, seated 4 course autumn inspired wine dinners for 40, during which we carefully paired nine different wines with food, art exhibitions for 125, brunches, luncheon and dinner buffets as well as business grand openings for 200. All the menus grew from conversation and suggestion and, more often than not, moved beyond my basic offerings.
